Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Vision, portfolio intake, business cases, prioritization, acceptance criteria, release plans and post-launch measurement across enterprise Salesforce ecosystems.
I own Salesforce CRM and go-to-market systems roadmaps, from NetSuite integrations to Agentforce governance, and turn fragmented, manual processes into platforms Finance signs off on.

A senior product and platform leader in Atlanta with 8+ years owning product vision, strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end delivery for enterprise Salesforce CRM, go-to-market systems, revenue operations, identity, healthcare and AI automation. I partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, IT, Clinical Operations and Compliance to turn fragmented, manual processes into governed, automated platforms with measurable revenue impact.
Five roles, three Fortune 500 logos, one hypergrowth company and one company of my own. The same knot every time, untied at a bigger scale.
“Every role was the same knot in a bigger company: two teams, two systems, no shared truth. Untie it, then put the automation on data that can carry it.”

A career-transition platform for people moving into tech. Built the product end to end: React and Express on Postgres with Clerk auth, Stripe and CourseCreator360 commerce, and Claude-powered tools such as the resume scorer and job radar. Courses run as modules and lessons with quizzes, soft gating and auto-issued certificates.
One PM who owns the roadmap, the integration, the operating rhythm and the AI governance. Not four separate people.
Vision, portfolio intake, business cases, prioritization, acceptance criteria, release plans and post-launch measurement across enterprise Salesforce ecosystems.
Salesforce to NetSuite across opportunity-to-order, order-to-cash, billing, invoicing and revenue recognition. External IDs, master data, deduplication, one system of record.
Lead-to-opportunity, pipeline management, forecasting, marketing automation, renewals and retention, KPI definition and the dashboards Finance actually adopts.
Agentforce and Einstein use cases with process mapping, data-readiness gates, human-in-the-loop controls and AI governance in HIPAA-regulated workflows.
Salesforce clouds, the systems they connect to, and the delivery tooling I run every sprint.
Problem, what I did, result. Every number comes from the resume, not from a template.
Opportunity, order, billing and revenue recognition lived in two systems that never agreed. I owned the Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration end to end: external IDs and reconciliation rules first, then the roadmap.
Prior authorization, benefits investigation and referral-to-therapy were the obvious AI targets, but the source data behind two of them could not be trusted yet. I built the readiness path before the use case.
ScriptMed (Inovalon), the Centene prescriber file and Symphony Health each described the same provider differently. I standardized the data models and keyed external IDs on the NPI.
Access-related incidents kept landing on $25M+ of regulated contracts. I stood up enterprise IAM frameworks, integrated IAM with the security stack and drove SSO/MFA to the full user base.
A career-transition platform for people moving into tech. I own product, roadmap and the build: React and Express on Postgres, Clerk auth, Stripe and CourseCreator360 commerce, Google Cloud storage and about 33 admin screens for courses, pricing, pages, blog and integrations.
The free lead magnet on the homepage. Claude scores a resume for ATS fit and transition readiness against admin-tunable criteria weights, shows a few free insights and gates the rest behind the paid track.
Firecrawl searches and extracts postings from nine job boards, then an AI pass scores each posting for career-changer fit against the student’s latest resume scan. Salary ranges roll up into a live histogram.
Event-triggered rules for signup, payment and manual sends, with merge-field templates and database-enforced exactly-once delivery, plus broadcasts with signed unsubscribe links. Booking reminders run on a scheduler.
Stripe and CourseCreator360 events are verified, mapped to package entitlements and coaching credits, and logged for replay. Passing a course auto-issues a certificate with a signed public verification link.
